out of 5The hotel building is arguably the nicest building in Cheltenham. Once inside you are not dissapointed however paying £10 a night for car parking & doubling the price of a newspaper somewhat leaves a slightly sour taste in the mouth. Everywhere that we went to was wonderful.

out of 5Very cold so did not venture too far. A quick walk around the town and trip to the races. Insufficient staff to serve guests in hotel restaurant which did cast a cloud over the experience.
