out of 5The hotel was good value for a reduced rate during off season, but our bedroom assistant needs a bit of training! other staff were good and helpful. There is plenty to do in the aviemore area and the weather was reasonably good. We also visited the shop in the complex which is well laid out.

out of 5When we arrived we found we had been upgraded to the four seasons hotel. Room perfectly adequate, very clean with nice soaps etc. Ate out in the evening as there was very little atmosphere in the hotel. Breakfast was very good and staff very pleasant.

out of 5Nice break hotel was good although starting to show its age a bit. Needs tidied up a bit ie decor, disappointed that they have done away with the pool in the hotel, leisure pool at Macdonalds centre not as good. This was the only downside to a wonderful break, had stayed in this hotel 15 years ago that's why we came back.

out of 5Had a great few days in Pitlochry and Aviemore. Weather pretty good, trees just changing colour. Great view of the Cairngorms from the hotel. Swimming pool and facilities at Macdonalds Aviemore Centre good.
