out of 5After a 400 mile trip, arrived to find only one room instead of 2 (for a family of 4!) receptionist bottled telling me until last minute. Had to negotiate hard (push for) compensation. Hotel was ok 2nd and 3rd nights but had to find alternative accomm for first night. Very inconvenient, stressful first night and morning which really spoiled the whole stay.

out of 5From the moment we checked in early on Thursday evening until we checked out on Saturday around noon we were extremely well looked after by all the staff at the hotel.We spent a relaxing day on Friday being spoiled at pampered at the spa. The gardens and grounds of the hotel were immaculate, the perfect backdrop for the hotel.
