About this hotel
The Hotel Carvoeiro Sol, 45 minutes from Faro Airport, is situated in the heart of the typical holiday village of Carvoeiro, within walking distance of shops, restaurants and entertainment and only 25 metres from the beach. Here local fishermen can still be seen mending their nets and unloading the day's catch for the nearby market. Sports enthusiasts will find golf, tennis, water sports, fishing and horse riding within easy reach. Taste authentic Portuguese cuisine including famous seafood and fish dishes and the popular barbecued chicken "Piri-Piri" in the restaurant Jardim do Sol or enjoy a light snack in the cool of the quiet courtyard or on the terrace around the heated swimming pool. All 54 rooms are equipped with satellite TV, air conditioning, central heating, hairdryer, telephone, radio, tea and coffee making facilities. Other facilities include a terrace bar, safe for hire and car rental.
