out of 5We started off out our Hotel ,The Grand Canal which is a pleasent mile walk into Dublin. On the way you go over the foot bridge over the river Liffe where their are statues of people from the famine. It looks like they are real people until you get up to them. There are also lots of cruisers along the river and various land marks and art. We stopped and had a snack in a very nice cafe along the Liffe. Once you reach the town there is a large shopping centre. In the centre of the town their is a large spire which stands up into the clouds. We saw lots of horses and carts in the town which is easy transport. The Night life is excellent for all ages and we found the Irish people to be very friendly. We will definatly go back again.
