Overall Hotel Rating:
out of 5Great location with lovely views of the surrounding countryside. Hotel room - we asked to be moved as we looked over the extractors from the kitchens which we were told by the receptionist would not be switched off. The hotel were happy to accomodate our request. The new room had a few problems with its tv - but staff fixed this, twice. Hotel has much to recommend but some music in the bar would be a beneficial addition as it was 'dead' as the proverbial dodo - plus, please open the window to allow some fresh air in. Nice touch was the ability to request fresh milk to go with the morning cuppa!.
