out of 5The restaurant was really good value and food was good. The rooms were shabby but generally clean. The beds were so uncomfortable we got no sleep. We paid an additional £15 for the car to be delivered to the airport and found this service excellent.

out of 5We used the hotel for a short overnight stay prior to catching an early flight from gatwick north. It was very convenient as we left the car there for the duration of our holiday and used the hotel shuttle bus which was quick and reliable.

out of 5Booked Russ House because of early morning Gatwick flight, regular shuttle bus g4 and free parking. Great way to rest up before the holiday flight to Austria. Efficient and helpful check-in and car parking. Great steak in restaurant. Directions to hotel not that clear otherwise great value.
