out of 5Absolutely magnificent hotel, fantastic facilities, tremendous breakfast, superb staff - thoroughly recommend this hotel to all. Super comfortable bedrooms and well equipped bathrooms. Comfortable lounges, fantastic coffee and cake shop - all in all an absolutely wonderful trip made even better by this tremendous hotel.

out of 5Very central hotel. Staff helpful, but vied for booking taxi's and not always accurate on prices. Local restaurants good and varying in prices. Most spoke English. Locals friendly andhelpful.City tour/ parliment building excellent. Boat trip on Danube excellent. Visit to local flea market so so but the craft market (small fee payable) and the same venue was really interesting. Euros are widely accepted so don't have to have B fracs. Good rates of exchange for pounds in local exchange centres. Airport duty free expensive.

out of 5Ok hotel, very clean although a lot of dirt from the road presently due to the works going on to relay the tram tracks. Breakfast was hit or miss, with things either all finished or mislabelled.. Not a quality breakfast at all.. I am glad it was included in the rate otherwise would not have been bothered paying for it. Also one of the restaurants was closed so no room service on offer after 2pm which is not much use to anyone. Nice hotel apart from these let downs (i.e. breakfast and room service availability). Would probably look for somewhere else to stay in future, like Sofitel or Intercontintental. Also a little bit of a hike to any of the bars and restaurants across the Chain Bridge... ok if you like walking.
