out of 5Hotel room ok but youths congregated outside hotel during the night. Phones for room service not working and had to go downstairs to order, then waited over an hour for meal. Mushrooms inedible. Receptionist very sullen, no eye contact and no conversation. Bus service excellent.

out of 5Unfortuately i would not recommend or stay again at this hotel despite the central location as very dated and poor standard of cleanliness. Breakfast may have been good if it had been hot!.

out of 5I must say if you are going to attend the Coventyr Motor Museum for pleasure or business then this is the place to stay: Price wise excellent slightly dated but for one or two overnight stays you cannot complain. perfect position right in the centre, opposite bus station car park just 200 yards away and hotel gives you 30% off the price for parking as they dont have their own parking facility.
