out of 5The room was very good, though we were at the front of the hotel and there were a couple of functions on so it was very noisy in the early hours. We were told by the receptionist when checking out there was nothing they could do about this. We did enjoy Bournemouth and Poole and would visit both again.

out of 5Hotel was great, very helpful staff, loved the pool. Great to have Starbucks on the premises and breakfast had a good choice. Room was modern, clean and sofa bed was made up ready for kids. However we did find our bed very uncomfortable and there was no fridge in the room to keep drinks cool. It was easy to find, but not the best view with the Hospital opposite, but it's location was very handy to get out and about to Bournemouth and Poole. Overall we would stay here again as it offered good value for money.

out of 5Overall very enjoyable. Sports facilities good. Wished the check in staff had explained that you needed to put your room key card in the slot in the wall to make the lights work! Surprised that the main restaurant in Hotel was shut all Bank Holiday Monday.

out of 5Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights over the August bank holiday. Checked in early, no problems. Twin room as requested. Modern, spacious and the all important clean room. Used the facilities both days of our stay - very impressed, had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay. Friendly and helpful staff. Would recommend to my friends and would definitely re-visit this and any other Village hotels.
