out of 5I liked the fact that the hotel was made up of suites hence the name suite hotel. We were disappointed with the allocation of a sofa bed as the additional bed in our family room as our children are 12 and 15 but of different sexes so it would not have been appropriate for them to share a bed. Ended up with my son sharing the sofa bed with my husband and my daughter and I sharing the double bed. There was a wedding on the night we spent at the hotel so the restaurant was closed but room service was available which was very efficient. The air condiotioning in the rooms was not working properly and also the swimming pool heating wasn't working. Room was clean so marks out of 10 would be a 5 an ok experience overall.

out of 5Just stayed one night after a day out in Knowsley Safari Park. The hotel staff were very welcoming and keen to help. Suites have a seperate bedroom and seating/lounge area, it's very spacious with lots of cupboard space, work desk area and ensuite bathroom. Even though we were at the front of the hotel and there was a wedding on that night we got a good nights sleep with no disruptions. Didn't have time to try out the facilities. The breakfast was amazing a superb buffet of hot and cold food featuring cooked breakfast, pastries, yoghurt, fruit, cereal and selection of ham and cheese. The hotel is easy to get to from Knowsley and not far from Liverpool centre but you do need a car as the hotel is on a business park with not much in the immediate vicinity. Liverpool city centre is excellent, beautiful buildings and lots to do.
