out of 5It was an excellent location for catching the train for days out. Also within walking distance of the local swimming pool which pleased the children. The only problem we had was a faulty door handle which would not open the door from the inside on two occasions. I rang concierge for help and a member of staff came to fix it within minutes.

out of 5We stayed at St giles as was right next to station, one stop away from Twickenham. When we recovered the next day we spent the day in Covent garden. Would deffo stay at St Giles again. It was clean, modern, good value and very handy.

out of 5Having stayed at the St Giles before I knew what to expect, a travlodge style hotel, with a decent lounge area, for a good price close to the train station. On this occasion our first room looked like a set from a break in movie, chairs overturned, beds stripped etc. We were moved to another room with no quibbles and even though this was showing signs of wear we were quite happy to at least have somewhere to sleep. While I wouldn't stay at the St Giles for more than a day or two it is good value for money if coming to Twickenham and want to avoid the hoarde heading back to London
