out of 5Excellent hotel + staff. A great hotel for art deco lovers. Excellent buffet breakfast, even the czech version of champagne!! 10 minute walk to old town square. Recommended.

out of 5Absoulutely fantastic hotel, we were upgraded free of charge on arrival as it was my birthday, upon returning to our room after sightseeing i was thrilled to find a bottle of champagne and chocolate cake with a candle from the guest relations manager. Nothing was too much trouble would definately recommend this hotel.

out of 5I stayed here for one night on business and did not arrive until very late, however the reception staff were very helpful and check in was a quick process.The reception area is traditional in style and the public areas are well kept and in keeping with the hotel.The rooms are all recently refurbished and provide a comfortable luxurious experience. Nespresso machines are in all the rooms, as is free wi-fi access and all the other amenities you would expect in a 5 star international branded hotel. Very comfortable beds which provided a perfect nights sleep.The hotel benefits from a central location, just off Wenceslas Square meaning it is quiet at night time, but a perfect base to explore the city. The Metro stops of Muzeum and Mustek (both are transfer stations) are only a 5 minute walk from the hotel and the shops and bars are just around the corner from the hotel. The Old Town can be reached in a 10-15 minute walk.All in all a highly recommended hotel and it will not disappoint.

out of 5Don't bother with taxi's, use the buses trams and metro. Clean, easy and cheap. Puts british public transport to shame!!Take some time away from the tourist areas to discover the real Prague, the best and cheapest restaurants and the most beautiful streets.
