out of 5Hotel undergoing refurb at the moment refurb rooms are of a high standard. Price was cheaper than Premier Inn including breakfast. Not a great deal of parking but other options close by. Various places to eat within walking distance.

out of 5We had a super stay - staff in restaurent were superb. Reception staff ok but we would have liked warning when booking that car parking was so expensive - that was a shock but otherwise our super break was most enjoyable. We visit Ipswich several times a year to visit granchildren at school nearby so were glad to find a bargain and take the children for a delicious lunch on Sunday.

out of 5The hotel and staff were great, the breakfast was excellent, we went to visit friends close by. One small hiccup was that we were not informed beforehand by Superbreak that there was a £5 a night charge to all guests for parking not a major problem but just another extra that could have been planned for.

out of 52 nice nights in Ipswich, lovely central hotel to visit shops and marina close to restaurants and then we went on to the Norfolk broads.
