out of 5Brussels is the ideal city for a short 3 night break. There is a lot of things to see and do, the atomium being the most famous, and the beautiful historical grand place. We chose the Novotel Tour Noire as we have stayed there on four previous occasions which shows just how good the hotel is otherwise we would not keep returning. The rooms are very clean and are cleaned daily. Breakfast is a sumptious choice of continental and cooked served in a cafe style restaurant overlooking the picturesque st katherine. The pool is also excellent for relaxing after a hard days sightseeing and the hotel also has a fully equipped gymnasium. The hotel is located close to trams and metros by far the easiest way to get around the city, although taxis are quite inexpensive. For those shopaholics there is plenty of very reasonably priced shops and the hotel itself has a supermarket opposite (ideal for buying your wines, beers and confectionary).

out of 5Had a great trip to Brussels, our third visit in 8 years. Went by train to Leuven (about 20 minutes away) which is a beautiful town to visit. It has some spectacular buildings.
