out of 5Went to hotel for country weekend, this is my 4th year. Staff very friendly, food good, as much as you could eat. Room bit on small side, have had bigger rooms in past.

out of 5No info on arrival re hotel facilities. Long queues at breakfast, had to wait for a table, those that were vacant had not been cleared. Long queues at self-service breakfast - not stocked fast enough to cater for the number of guests. Beds were comfortable but hotel could do with general maintainence eg bedroom window wouldn't shut. Lack of seating in hotel in the evening. Located approx 4 miles from main attractions. Good day out in lytham st anne's.

out of 5Hotel was basic but clean,could do with decorating and bedroom furniture up dating.The mornining i was leaving the heat was not on so i complaint to the manager and they said they would have a look at it.

out of 5Caught train to Blackpool north, then 1 hour walk along prom to hotel. If you don't fancy a walk, suggest you catch tram from north pier as stops outside hotel. Hotel could do with a deep clean or re-paint. Swimming pool & spa excellent. Evening entertainment was good, receptionist was efficient.
