out of 5We booked for a few days to just switch off, it was ideal for this, swim, steam, tennis, nice food etc. And only a two mile walk away a charming village with canal, waterside pub and a delightful farm shop.

out of 5Plenty of pubs in newbury town centre, hotel in good location for town centre amenities. Stayed in courtyard at hotel. Room was good with adequate facilities. However excess noise came from persons walking around in room above.

out of 5Room 208. Has very hot water pipes in room cupboard and only had small window opening. Hence room always hot, my only complaint other than that good wi fi in room, bed and coffee tray good.
