Nerja Beach, Costa del Sol
Nerja is known as the ‘jewel of the eastern Costa Del Sol’ with several fine beaches set in charming coves beneath cliffs and one of the best climates in Europe. Three miles inland is white-washed Frigiliana, the prettiest village in Andalucia. Set in dramatic mountain scenery the area is popular with walkers.

out of 5This a girls week-end we have done or some 8+years now, using independant booking through Superbreak.The Capistrano complex , nerja club hoteljust on the outskirts of Nerja are excellent value for money and great to stay at.places to visit? - Nerja at night especially on St.Johns celebrations June 23rd ( always celerbrated on the actual day) as there are fireworks and bonfires on the beach, live music and dancing in the streets. A good Spanish celebration, which is not roudy just great fun.

out of 5The minute we step off the plane we are relaxed. The atmosphere is calm, happy and the locals are welcoming.You realise that you have heard no raised voices, no screaming children, no drunken behaviour but have seen many families relaxed and enjoying each others company.Move away from the centre and eat with the locals. The food is great and not too expensive. Feel safe as you walk home. On a Sunday take a walk along the western most beach and see the Spanish showing us how to spend the day on the beach and barbecue in style.
