out of 5Amsterdam is a great place.Second visit in a year.Hotel was nice,but a lot further than the 300m from the metro and 1km from central station.Had to do a lot of walking.Hotel is situated on the edge of an industrial estate.

out of 5Enjoyed our stay but the Hotel Mercure is listed as being 1km from centre. This is clearly misleading as it is in Amstel and 6 stops on the Metro. We're used to walking but there was no way we could have walked in to the centre!
