The NH Barbizon Palace is one of Amsterdam's most distinctive hotels, built around nineteen 17th century houses. The hotel is acclaimed for its friendly service. There are two restaurants; Restaurant Vermeer, a well known, formal restaurant with its “l’art culinaire” and the more informal Hudson’s Terrace & Restaurant.
