out of 5Hotel in great location but room was very small with very loud air-conditioning which when turned off turned the room into a sauna. Arrived at hotel at 2.15pm and told room not ready and to come back in an hour. At 3.30pm returned to hotel and room still not ready. Receptionist disappeared to find out why and didn't come back so we left and came back at 6pm when at last room was ready. The Regency restaurant in Regency Square, about 8-10 mins walk is fabulous. Great food and service.

Editor’s Comments: Hotel check in times are generally from 2pm, however if a guest from the previous night occupies the room longer than the check out time, the room will still need to be serviced for the next guest. Hotels do try to check in all guests at the standard check in time but sometimes this is unavoidable.
