out of 5The Easy Jet flight from Bristol was trouble free both ways. Recommend a taxi from the airport as we tried the train and underground and it took ages although it was very cheap, due to our lack of knowledge of the geography. The Hotel america did not offer a retaurant service for dinner but did have room serive and the breakfast was really good. The staff and general standard were excellent but the night's sllep was spoiled by inconsiderate guests making lots of noise in the middle of the night (French people on this ocassion) If the floors had been carpeted the sould of high heels and screaming drunk women might not have been so bad

out of 5Over a total of three days we got a taste of the city which was friendly and vibrant. Good attitude to tourists very helpful even if no english spoken.Food and tourist sites good especially the Sagrada Familia - a must see.

out of 5The City Tour Bus was excellent. Would recommend buying 2 day pass so Hop on Hop off allows you to see all the sights. However went in Feb so didn't get chance to use the beach
