out of 5Excellent room with view of harbour, very clean with tea/coffee facilities a bonus. Staff helpful, food was good. Upgraded restaurant on second night for £5.00 well worth it as it included the breakfast the next morning. Overall for 2 night stay with dinner and breakfast for £65.00 for was excellent value for money. Would go back.

out of 5Had lovely view from window at burstin hotel, on third floor overlooking harbour. Drinks in the bar were quite reasonable. Very nice for a cheap and cheerful break.

out of 5Hotel was easy to find, had a room at front of hotel with views of the harbour. Would have liked waitress service in restaurants but both restaurants were self service. Room was clean and comfortable. Lots of places within easy travelling distance of folkstone, we went to leeds castle and chatham docks where they have a dickens world was most impressed with both.

out of 5Hotel rooms were tried and in need of refurbishment. Lifts broke down, or were turned off. Food was adequate. Food choice could have been better. Hotel was ok for short weekend break.
