out of 5I was ill that day and found the staff very helpful in allowing us to book into the hotel earlier than normal so that I could get some rest. We did think that given the hotels location it was expensive - especially as breakfast was not included.

out of 5As this was only an overnight stay whilst attending a funeral it is not really what you are looking for in the way of feedback. The M1 is busy, but sleep OK although lorry park very audible at night in our friend's room who also booked through you.mRealise this is inevitable on motorway car park! Forest east sevices need to serve breakfast on hot plates not cold! This is not the fault of Day's inn but it might help if they passed the information on. Day's inn breakfast on display looked appitising and well presented. We required a cooked meal as we were not eating until late in the day.
