out of 5An excellent day out. Duxford had improved beyond recognition since our last visit. So much to see that we didn't really have time to fit it all in. Days Inn was an immaculate hotel - brand new, everything was sparkling and modern. It was a great bonus as I am not a fan of "travel lodge" type hotels but this could not be faulted.

out of 5We were visiting the area to attend a surprise birthday party but decided to add on an extra day. We visited the Duxford Air Museum which proved to be a fascinating place especially for anyone even remotely interested either British or American aircraft.It was the first time we had visited the area and we were delighted to see picturesque 'real villages' as we travelled from Haverhill to our party venue.
