out of 5When we arrived at the hotel, at around 4.00pm. We were allocated what we thought would be a suitable room. However when we arrived at the room it had not been prepared from the previous guests. The room was a shambles. Back to reception. The young lady who booked us in was horrified and could not understand what had gone wrong. She could not be more apologetic and seemed genuinely upset. All was well when she arranged a suite for us to compensate for the hotel error. We had a good nights sleep before a 3.30am call and pick up for the airport. Apart from the inital problem the hotel was very good, the staff helpful and I would use the hotel again and recomend it to other travellers.
