out of 5We used the hotel to visit close family who had just moved into that area, the hotel was used as a base for sleeping only, but it was a really comfortable hotel and will use again.

out of 5We stayed here to visit friends in the area. On arrival I found the receptionist to be offhand and unhelpful. Dining room staff were very good. However we were unable to get our choices for dinner because the hotel was catering for a coach party. Our room was clean and comfortable. However on the second night we had difficulty in getting to sleep because of a noisy function. We had requested a quiet room.

out of 5We had booked three single rooms and were up-graded to three king size rooms! The hotel is about half way between Warwick and the NEC. Staff were courteous and helpful. Despite being fairly busy it one of the quietest hotels I have stayed at.
