out of 5Disappointing breakfast at the hotel. Fruit juices not chilled and poor quality. On the plus side the receptionist was helpful and very friendly.

out of 5Stayed at the hotel for just the one night for my son's birthday. Staff very friendly on arrival. Due to the time of year, the hotel was quiet so we ended up in a ground floor executive room which was very comfortable, large settee, widescreen tv. All in all, very comfy. Meals were from the separate menu but the meals were excellent. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

out of 5This place is fantastic as a base for the area - the lovely malvern hills, british camp and Worcester itself and the must-see cathedral. Also a lovely place to stay - golf if you want it, but Hereford and Worcestershire within easy reach.
