out of 5Comfortable room, good choice of food and enjoyable entertainment. Indoor swimming pool and fitness room a bonus. Well situated for buses and trams in both directions while being away from the noisy centre.

out of 5Service good and very smooth running in the restaraunt. Food good. Facilities excellent as was the entertainment. First rooms offered not good. After complaint was reissued with other rooms which were satisfactory.

out of 5I have stayed at the norbreck 5 times now and each time the staff have been helpful and polite. The food is aleays good and plentiful each time I have taken friends and family and they have enjoyed it too.

out of 5When we arraived at the hotel there was about 100 to 150 people sitting in the hotel bar area waiting on there rooms to be ready and depatcher of coatches..This hotel does coach tours every day of the week the meal times were unorganised and packed into the dinning room ..There is lots of older people in the hotel and the hotel is ver tyred looking and could do with a good lick of paint ...We had to ask for anther room as the room was not to clean standards as we were moved to better room and cleaned much better, the staff was vet helpful and the entertainment was good put on by the staff.
