About Thriller - Live
With a musical career spanning over 40 years and selling over 750 million records worldwide the Thriller Musical celebrates the legendary career of the King of Pop, Michael Jackson. Thriller Musical brings to life the distinctive dancing and sounds of Michael Jacksons greatest hits. With over two hours of non-stop hit songs from a live band and amazing cast you will find yourself dancing in your seats to classic Michael Jackson and Jackson 5 smash hits, such as I Want You Back, Beat It, Billie Jean, Thriller and many more.
Bringing to life the sensational Thriller Live is the award-winning director Gary Lloyd and choreographer LaVelle Smith Jnr. They use a mixture of eye-catching multi-media effects and stunning choreography to create this distinctive award winning show showcasing Jacksons life as an early teen singing ABC with his brothers and sisters to his breakthrough album off the wall.
The high-octane Thriller Musical found its home in the Lyric Theatre and since its arrival it has been exciting audiences of all ages. The Lyric Theatre opened its doors in 1888 with the comic opera 'Dorothy' and today it is now one of the oldest theatres on Shaftesbury Avenue.
Michael Jackson has been named 'Most Successful Entertainer of All Time' by the Guinness World Records and the Thriller Musical will not disappoint.
