out of 5Myself and a friend stayed for 1 night as we were going to watch a music concert at the M.E.N arena. Jurys inn is really close to the tram so travelled on there to get to manchester victoria (only cost 1pound). Our room was very nice, clean aswell, with enough space also. Bathroom, again, a good size, lovely shower too.

out of 5Hotel ideal for our purposes. Easy walking distance to centre and attractions. Hotel reception very welcoming. We were allocated a room with disabled facilities. As we were rushing to get to the theatre we didn't have time to discuss this with reception before we left but on returning to the hotel we did ask if is was possible to be moved. My husband is over 6' tall so the bathroom facilities were too low. The two gentlemen on reception were extremely apologetic and allocated us another room immediately. They were extremely helpful and courteous and gave exceptional customer service. Well done.

out of 5Had a flying visit to Manchester arriving at 3.30pm. First room we were given smelt of stale smoke. Staff were great when we complained & gave us an up-grade to a superior room for the inconvience. Only problem with that room was it was very cold as the heating wasn't put on until we got in room & it was very slow to heat up. Had a meal in hotel & went to see the show at the bridgewater hall. Hotel ideally situated right behind the hall. Show was good. After a quick drink in hotel bar it was bedtime. Had an early breakfast then quickly walked to station for 8.55am train home.
