out of 5The room was spacious and comfortable. A little on the warm side initially as we were situated above the kitchen but opened window and turned heating down. Staff very obliging, polite, courteous, professional but also very pleasant we were not blessed with the best of weather but it did not stop us exploring the area. Must be one of the few unspoilt parts of Britain with stunning scenery and a bird watcher's paradise! Would certainly visit again. A most enjoyable and memorable stay.

out of 5Me and my fiancee visited the otterburn hall estate hotel on the 21st of march. We spent 3 nights at the hotel and found the service and staff outstanding. The only let down really throughout the whole trip was our meal on the 1st night in harrys bar, however this has not put us off returning to the hotel which we are hoping to do in the very near future.
