out of 5We booked for a weekend break with our son and his girlfriend and were very pleased with this hotel. The staff were very friendly but very efficient, the hotel was in a great spot close to the cliff top but with a nice garden and patio area. The rooms were well maintained and very clean and comfortable. The food was amazing for what we paid, fresh local produce and a real honeycombe at breakfast with a fresh fruit salad; better than some cruise ships we've sailed on! we will return!.

out of 5The room was spacious and comfortable. A little on the warm side initially as we were situated above the kitchen but opened window and turned heating down. Staff very obliging, polite, courteous, professional but also very pleasant we were not blessed with the best of weather but it did not stop us exploring the area. Must be one of the few unspoilt parts of Britain with stunning scenery and a bird watcher's paradise! Would certainly visit again. A most enjoyable and memorable stay.

out of 5We had passed through berwick on tweed on a previous break to inverness and thought it looked lovely so decided to book a short break there. On arrival one of the owners showed us the way for a beautiful walk along the coast into berwick upon tweed. The hotel, food and hospitality couldn't be faulted and we will certainly be looking to repeat this trip.

out of 5We walked from hotel into berwick and walked back, beautiful scenary, took coastal path views of shoreline were lovely. Everyone we met were very friendly. Found a very nice cafe in berwick.Hotel was very nice, clean and all staff were very friendly. Meals were excellent. We both felt that the staff made our stay extra special by the personal touch given especially by the owner.
