out of 5Great and informative day out in stratford upon avon, especially the cruise. Upton house gardens lovely. Hotel room very nice, with views over the parkland. Although there were obviously lots of guests it seemed quiet and relaxing.

out of 5My wife had recently broken her leg - this short break was a way of celebrating her 60th birthday and easing her back into walking around without using her crutches before returning to work. The staff at the hotel were brilliant - the days out in stratford upon avon a treat with plenty of tea rooms to relax and recuperate - lemington spa was a real find - lots of shopping - which she assured me - had been missed during her enforced recuperation indoors - we are already planning when we can "do it all again" (minus the broken leg of course).

out of 5We spent two nights in the hotel and were very impressed. The staff were helpful, the rooms were smart and comfortable, the restaurant was good and the children enjoyed the use of the pool. We didn't have time to look around the grounds or nearby village but it looked lovely. The location is perfect - in between Stratford and Warwick and close enough to the Cotswolds for further afield visits. Warwick castle was a disappointment - it's been turned into a theme park castle, appealing children under 10, although i'm sure diseney could have done a better job. Stratford was lovely and even my children enjoyed the visits to the shakespeare houses.

out of 5The hotel and grounds were wonderful, we honestly never expected it to be so lovely. The food, staff and accomadation were fantastic, would love to visit again but stay in the hall next time, the pool sauna and steam room were clean and nice, thankyou for a lovely romantic weekend.
