out of 5General sight-seeing around the city. Buy a 72hr bus/train ticket at the info desk at airport, great value. X9 bus took us to zoo station close to our hotel. You can hop on and hop off buses, u bahn and s bahn plus gives discount on entry to museums and tours. Transport in berlin is frequent and on time!! stayed at hotel zoo on ku'damm, comfortable but dated, reception staff v helpful, breakfast excellent. Hotel recommended. V enjoyable visit to a great city.

out of 5Easy transport links from airport. Train only cost 2.80 euros. Hotel well situated, good access to everything.Would definitely use Hotel Zoo Berlin again. Great breakfast, helpful staff, large room & clean. The Zoo is within walking distance and the orangutans, gorillas, panda and bears are a must.

out of 5The hotel is clean and comfortable, the staff very friendly and helpful. The only let down is that they really need a host at breakfast to explain how it works, and perhaps more organisation at getting tables turned around. I ended up sitting at a dirty table and getting my own cutlery. The breakfast choice was good though. I had food from the lounge menu - this was really good, and again great service.

out of 5The Hotel Am Zoo is situated in Kurfurstendam which is like Regent's Street in London. The rooms were comfortable, breakfast ample and staff friendly.We had a wheelchair and found travel on the underground was challenging. We would have struggled more if I was unable to walk at all. Toilets were generally well attended, but UK RADAR keys don't work so we had to ask for assistance. The trip was fantastic with loads to see and English widely spoken. Would love to go back.
