out of 5My daughter and I booked this hotel due to the great location to our venue. It did not disappoint, everything was great, staff very very helpful, breakfast was excellent and in general the hotel was very clean and welcoming. Would certainly stay here again.

out of 5We visited cardiff for our daughters graduation. Have stayed at the park inn many times before but this time the staff appeared uninterested and hard to find. Pillows in room were poor and resulted in a bad nights sleep - shame as we had enjoyed previous visits and chose this hotel above others to stay at. Cardiff however is a lovely city and will continue to visit it but will probably stay elsewhere next time.

out of 5A little disappointed with this hotel. Our room was extremely hot day and night. There was no air conditioning and nowhere to switch off the heating. There was a large noisy fan that we had to leave on when we were in the room even through the night. A very average hotel. Not the standard we have experienced with other hotels we have booked with Superbreak.
