out of 5Stayed one night on the winter warmer bed/breakfast/dinner deal-hotel staff an absolute credit to the hotel and couldn't have improved in any way - put in wrong room which was resolved with a happy smile/apology and rectified in 2 minutes. All I can say is-book-go there - have never stayed in a 5* that could beat this hotel. Food fantastic/rooms clean, smart and especially the staff congrats to you all you are clearly very happy looking after people.

out of 5Travelled to white swann at Alnwick in a Blizard to recieve a warm welcome at the first rate Hotel. Exellent meals but the Sunday night meal in the Bistro along with the friendly service was first rate.
