out of 5Just a very small comment - the soap and shampoo/wash dispensers were very difficult to operate if one has any problems with joints and repetitive strain! I forgot to bring any shampoo so spent at least 20 minutes endeavouring to dispense enough shampoo to wash just shoulder length hair, to say nothing of actually washing. By the time I had finished I felt exausted instead of relaxed from having a nice hot bath. I hasten to add that everything else about my stay was 1st class.

out of 5The Village is a nice enough hotel, we stayed there the night of our wedding and the receptionists gave each other an interesting look when we turned up in our finery!! The rooms were ok but very noisy hearing the tv's from other rooms. On the plus side the swimming pool is lovely and the only reason we stayed. A pretty average hotel that could do with soundproofing.

out of 5We used the Village Hotel as our base for our visit. It had easy access from the motorway and was centrally located for the places we wanted to see. The hotel was very clean and proveded excellent leisure facilities. The only problem was the room was exceptionally warm although a large fan was available to increase airflow.
