out of 5Hotel check in very efficient, room adequate although not twin as booked. Special offer on meal in bar throughout the wk very popular, good portions nice atmosphere. Sauna, swim facilities ok, but not as exclusive as would have liked as local college or school children also use facility so a little crowded until later in the evening. Breakfast spot on. All round a nice break only 20 mins out of city centre, would stay again.

out of 5Following an arduous journey on the M5 (Aug 28th) the hotel was a welcome sight. The staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. The service could not be faulted. The pool and facilities were extremely good and we all enjoyed the break.
