out of 5We arrived booked in to find they didn't have the booking we made for restaurant, but the quickly booked us in. Staff were excellent, very helpful, nothing was to much trouble. Breakfast wonderful which is normal for De Vere hotels, evening meal on 1st night superb. We all had a fab day at Blackpool Pleasure Beach, despite the weather being awful, 70 mph winds, good meal at the grill by the fair. Our only problem was with the hotel ( is is a golfing one), was that on the 2nd night some golfers (who were not the young variety) decided to be very noisy most of the night. The phone wasn't working in our room, so couldn't ring reception, but did complain the next morning. The chief receptionist was very good and is giving us an upgrade to a nicer room the next time we stay. Overall a very good short break.

out of 5Stayed for one night at De Veres hotel Blackpool next to the Zoo. Hotel was great bit dated but that is what gives it it's charm. Food excellent. Leisure facilities great, staff very polite and make you feel welcome. Will definatley come again but next time for longer.

out of 5We stayed at De Vere Herons Reach while visiting family in nearby Poulton. We all (2 adults, 2 teenagers + 10-year old) enjoyed our stay there. The rooms were comfortable and the staff cheerful. The highlight was the spa, including a large pool, sauna, steam room and gym. We would definitely recommend this hotel.
