out of 5Taxi from airport to hotel (took the long way round rather than the very short way!!) hotel staff very efficient. Brought us the extra bedding required very quickly. No problem with paperwork. Room very quiet. Both slept very well. Shower and wc etc very clean and efficient. Shuttle arrived promptly to head for rail station. All in all very good and good value though i had thought that the price originally quoted was for the room and not per person.

out of 5The main problem was room 72. It was obviously above the kitchens and was extremely hot. Additionally the kitchen vent shaft was roaring away outside the window. Reception explained that it would go off at about 9pm [therefore the noise was not a problem as I was out for the evening]. What they didn't explain was that it would start up again like a plane landing at 5:15 am - end of nights sleep!

out of 5We stayed at a travel lodge with airport car parking included in the price. However we had to pay £5 to park the car at the travel lodge overnight. This was not mentioned anywhere in your correspondence!

out of 5what a pleasant company to deal with ,so easy you made the begginings of my holiday a pleasure.train and accomodationlocal train to manchester ,one phonecall and collected from airport transfered to hotel booked in and out for a meal simple and easy cracking staff,good service early call lift to airport and away on my flight all good and relaxed a big thankyou for making life easy THANKS
