out of 5We found Telford park great for the children and the bowling when the weather was bad. Well done to Telford council for thinking of families! We found the hotel very good value for money and made full use of the gym and pool facilities each afternoon! However, the hotel although welcoming families, this hotel seems to prioritise business guests. The restuarant service was lacking. We enjoyed our stay so stayed an extra night, but wished we hadn't as hotel staff knocked on our door and asked us to keep the noise down as the guests in the next rooms had to be up for work early in the morning - at 9:08pm! we were actually trying to settle our three year old down for bed anyway!. When we complained the next morning, we were promised a call that day from the hotel manager...We are still waiting for a response.

out of 5This is our 4th time at this hotel its very handy for getting onto motorway, very relaxing very comfortable bed and excellent shower. Breakfast is a hot buffet self service so no excuse of not enough to eat. We will be back next year.

out of 5This is a modern hotel ideally placed for visiting the Ironbridge Gorge Museums and other attractions in Shropshire. The hotel was clean, the staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel is on a main road and our first room overlooked it. We asked to be moved to a room at the back of the hotel and this was done immediately. The only problem in the rooms was the lack of drawer space and coat hangars. It would have been very difficult to find enough space for clothes if you were staying longer than a couple of nights. The leisure facilites were good but the spa and steam room were not working on the first night, on the second night the sauna was not working. Overall a good base for exploring the area.
