out of 5We booked our stay with Superbreak at a great rate and were looking forward to having a relaxing evenning at the hotel. It didn't quite work out like that. When we arrived the front desk had no knowledge of our booking and were unaware of our arrival. So I had to pay an extra £5 to use their computer so I could send them my confirmation email even though i had the confirmation reference number with me. We eventually got to our room and had room service which was good except their wasn't the usual condiments you would receive and my wife said her mushrooms tasted of seafood. Room was nice but bed was awful. It felt as though I was lying on an incline and could barely sleep breakfast was very good and was the highlight of our stay.

out of 5I booked 2 rooms for 1-4 people with Superbreak however when I checked in I was given only one room of this size. The other was a double room for 2 people which meant that 2 members of my party had to share a bed. Apart from that the hotel was great - I have stayed there before so knew what to expect. Breakfast at the weekend is very busy and if you don't get there early you will have to wait outside for a table. Weekdays are less crowded.

out of 5When we stayed at the Marriott they had a function on downstairs and the music was far to loud and went on until 2am therefore we had a bad nights sleep. Also the hot breakfast was cold.

Editor's Comments: We do request that all the hotels we work with inform us of any large events or conferences they may be holding so we can inform clients. Unfortunately on this occasion we were not made aware of this.
