out of 5Hotel was as expected but it would hav e been helpful to know how to get into the city. Reception was not helpful but the bar tender was excellent and let us know whatever we asked. Attractions were good but it was disappointing that we were unaware that some were closed and not open until 11am on the sunday thereby we wasted some time hanging around and in the end was rushed to see what we wanted too.

out of 5Swallow glasgow is a great budget hotel. The staff are fantastic and the breakfast is delicious. Its also on the bus route to the city centre. The description on Superbreak website is innacurate, the pool is not open and has not been for 7 months. The pictures are very old and show the hotel as it was probably in the 80s or early 90s. It is in need of a makeover at the very least but dont let it put you off. The price is great and the staff should all have a payrise. They are dedicated to making your stay as comfortable as possible and are the most curteous people you will ever meet. They would be worthy of a five star estabishment.

out of 5We had 6 twin rooms booked. When we arrived a couple of the rooms allocated hadn't been cleaned since previous guests. The hotel staff allocated new rooms no problem. The rooms were tired and in need of refurbishment. Some showers didn't work, plugs didn't fit plug holes etc. We went to TGI Friday's for cocktails and platters which was really good and the Curryoke in th evening which was very lively with good food.
