out of 5We went for two nights and just wanted to relax with our baby daughter which is exactly what we did, the staff were all so pleasant and really tried to make your stay as enjoyable as possible, we used the pool a lot which was a good size and temperature, we booked a junior suite which was lovely and worth the little bit extra. Only downside was nowhere to really walk to however we were happy to stay inside the hotel.

out of 5Top quality hotel - the best I've stayed in. Staff courteous and helpful, facilities second to none, and room was 5 star quality. Only negative is that children's breakfasts cost extra (not obvious at outset), and should be included in room price (especially as ours only eat cereals and toast!) Ideal place for visting Portsmouth and/or Southampton. Tip - if visiting historic dockyard in Portsmouth, give yourself plenty of time to see everything. Guides advise at least a full day to a day-and-a-half !.

out of 5The hotel was wonderful, the staff were friendly and helpful, the room was gorgeous and even had fluffy robes to make you feel cared for and relaxed! The food was exceptional and they even had homemade cookies with the coffees!
