out of 5The hotel was clean, good value for money and in a good location. The staff were very pleasant and accommodating. The bedroom quite basic but adequate, however the bathroom within the bedroom felt like a 'porta-loo' and was very small and for this reason i won't be booking at this hotel again. There are 2 tube stations within walking distance and a bus stop directly outside the hotel so getting about was very easy. We went to see the 'tower of london' but felt it was alot of money for not much. We also went to see the musical 'wicked' which was fantastic and within walking distance from the hotel.

out of 5Large room in the basement . Room had a fan (good) but would have been more of a problem in the summer as the window was next to but below street level.

out of 5The hotel was within easy and straightforward walking distance of victoria station. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the whole hotel was very clean and quiet. The room was adequate in size, and the module shower-room was small but perfectly formed (beware the larger person person though!). The breakfast was plentiful and very nice. Checkout was excellent, with bag storage offered for free if you had a later departure time from London. I would definitely stay here again.
