out of 5What a wonderfully varied city. It has everything - lovely seafront, history, and street entertainers. You must eat "local" and enjoy Spanish cuisine - paella, tapas and of course sample a variety of wines. Visiting in November and were treated to 4 glorious sunny days. We ran out of time to experience all there was to experience. 1 essential is the Barcelona card - that gets you all over the city on public transport with an excellent underground. We're going back next year to finish the tour.

out of 5A great city with lots for all the family to do. Our hotel was excellent and the staff very friendly and helpful. We would recommend the city and the hotel.The open top tour buses are a must to get to know your way around and to introduce you to all the sights and history of this city.

out of 5The hotel was excellent very clean, good variety of food at breakfast, pleasent bar with good snacks.The open top bus is a must as there is so much to see as is a good pair of walking shoes. The beach bars were good value as well as a welcome stop at the end of the day. By the end of three days I now know where I would like to go next time a visit. A word of warning watch your bag I had mine snatched.

out of 5The tourist bus, complete with commentary is a great way to see barcelona for the first time.It takes in all the sights with chances to hop on or off any time. The hoel Pere IV is excellant though not central. The metro and buses make it easy to get around, buy a multi trip ticket at the airport for the trains and metro, really cheap, 20 journeys for 12 euros.
