out of 5The staff were friendly and the room was a good size. The bedding and towels were clean. Sadly, the hotel can do with a great deal of updating and a lot more tlc. The restaurant reminds me of a truck stop cafe, but there were no bad side effects.

out of 5Gorgeous old c17th coaching inn with cronky, wonky plaster and wooden walls. Great welcome, really nice people and great food at an affordable price. The veggie breakfast wasn't great, a bit of an afterthought. But overall the inn was excellent and we would stay again. Lovely location too in the heart of the town. Make sure you try the real ale at the crown inn, brewed on the premises there is thames tickler - truly awesome.

out of 5We enjoyed our stay at the new inn in lechlade. Although there are quite a few attractions within fairly easy reach we stayed local, walking along the river footpaths etc. We had a bank holiday discount on our booking making it great value for money.

out of 5We read bad reviews on trip advisor, so were very pleasantly surprised to discover the New Inn Hotel was charming - comfortable, clean and welcoming. It's an old coaching inn, with lots of character. The staff were friendly and breakfast was superb. It was slightly shabby, but full of old world charm. We enjoyed it. Lechlade is a lovely little place, we enjoyed wandering along the river and visiting the pubs! lots of interesting places to visit locally. A great value short break, would thoroughly recommend it.
