out of 5The staff at the hotel were, without exception, very pleasant, helpful and willing to help. The hotel itself was comfortable but was spoiled slightly as the lift did not extend up to the 3rd floor.

out of 5The food was really good always very hot, the staff very friendly and everywhere clean. Only problem we had was children banging on the door and shouting and running up and down the corridor at 11pm onwards they were at a private wedding and not even staying at the hotel. But a phone call to reception put a stop to the problem very quickly. Otherwise very enjoyable.
