out of 5When my mobile phone died, the young lady at reception changed sims with her phone so I was able to receive urgent calls. Dining room service was somewhat slow but elsewhere the staff were admirable. While the exterior of the hotel is somewhat 'tired', the interior was crisp, clean and comfortable. Yes, I will stay there again.

out of 5This hotel is great for 1 thing only, Getting up at 5am to go to heathrow. I had a nice big twin room but a little dated. comfortable single bed but then at 5am the big birds took to the sky. I was sleeping at the end of the runway.
